Our top performing stylists earn on average **$25-$33 per hour**, which includes a $12/hr base pay plus commission and tips. We also offer a robust benefits package:

## Stylist Responsibilities

Your day-to-day will involve:

- Performing ah-may-zing blowouts on our clients consistently

- Providing an over the top client experience

- Selling products, tools, and memberships

- Keeping the shop fresh! Activities including, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, and re-stocking product shelves

- Attending scheduled meetings

## Stylist Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A valid cosmetology license for the state in which you are applying

- A desire to provide ah-may-zing styling and finishing skills along with exceptional customer service

- Effective communication skills

- The ability to work with and be a part of a team!

- A polished appearance! We dress in our Drybar colors: black, white, grey, yellow, and denim.
