Hair Haven & Co. is expanding in North Knoxville, and we are looking to connect with licensed hairstylists who are ready for a fresh environment, professional growth, and the opportunity to build alongside other beauty professionals. Our goal is to bring together professionals with different specialties who operate their own businesses while collectively creating a well-rounded salon experience. Because our structure is unique to Hair Haven & Co., complete financial and support details are discussed privately during the interview and salon tour. We are interested in professionals who: Hold or are preparing to receive the appropriate Tennessee license Take pride in providing professional and dependable services Want to build or continue growing their own clientele Value a clean, organized, and structured salon environment Are comfortable working independently while contributing to a collective atmosphere Communicate professionally with clients and other beauty professionals Are open to collaboration, referrals, continued education, and salon events Want to be part of a growing salon from its early stages
