What You'll Do
Deliver exceptional haircuts and styling services for men, women, and children.
Consult with guests to understand their needs and recommend the best style.
Create an outstanding customer experience that keeps guests coming back.
Recommend professional haircare products that fit each guest's needs.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation.
Follow all Great Clips brand standards and state sanitation regulations.
Accurately process cash and credit card transactions.
Collaborate with your teammates to create a fun, positive, and welcoming salon environment.
Stay current on the latest haircutting techniques and trends through ongoing education.
What We're Looking For
Current Oklahoma Cosmetology or Barber License.
Positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Team player with a strong work ethic.
Desire to learn, grow, and build lasting relationships with guests.
