Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and talented Cosmetologist Hair Stylist to join our vibrant beauty team! In this role, you will bring your passion for hair artistry and customer service to create stunning looks that boost confidence and elevate our clients’ overall experience. Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a cosmetologist or hair stylist with a strong portfolio of diverse services performed Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client management Demonstrated expertise in hair coloring techniques, including balayage, highlights, and color correction Hands-on experience with hair extensions installation and maintenance as well as eyelash extensions application Familiarity with sanitation protocols specific to cosmetology practices to ensure client safety Strong communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing exceptional customer service Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products confidently while maintaining professionalism Experience working in store management or supervising team members is a plus but not required We are committed to supporting your growth through ongoing training opportunities and fostering a positive work environment where your talents can shine.
