Responsibilities

Perform a variety of hair styling services including cutting, blowouts, scalp massages and shampoos.Utilize salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking.Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, stations, and equipment in accordance with health regulations.Provide expert hair care advice on products, treatments, and styling techniques to promote healthy hair and client satisfaction.Engage with clients through effective communication, understanding their needs and offering personalized recommendations.Stay current with industry trends in new beauty treatments to deliver innovative services. RequirementsValid cosmetology license or barbering certification as required by state law.Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of diverse styling skills.Experience with hair extensions, braids, and natural hairStrong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to build lasting client relationships.Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Embark on a rewarding career where your talent makes a difference!
