What You'll Do

Deliver consistent, high-quality blowouts and styling services
Create a welcoming, personalized experience for every guest
Build relationships that drive repeat visits and loyalty clients
Educate guests on products and at-home care
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

What We're Looking For

Active cosmetology license (where required)
Strong blowout/styling skills (or willingness to learn quickly)
Passion for guest service and creating a great experience - a hospitality mindset

to every guest interaction
Ability to thrive in a team-driven, high-standard environment
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Committed to Continuous improvement and growth
