**About the location:**

Sensei Lāna’i, A Four Seasons Resort offers a luxurious adults-only wellness enclave on the secluded Hawaiian island of Lāna‘i. COSMETOLOGIST 

Four Seasons Resort Lana'i at Ko'ele is looking for passionate individuals, where you will create exceptional guest experiences, showcase your expertise and enthusiasm, and embody the Golden Rule in every interaction.     

 

The Cosmetologist provides exceptional hair, nail, and beauty services that enhance the guest wellness experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, customer satisfaction, and Four Seasons service excellence. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:     

* Provide professional hair, nail, and beauty services, including haircuts, styling, color treatments, blowouts, special occasion styling, manicures, and pedicures.

* Deliver treatments in accordance with established service protocols, industry best practices, and luxury hospitality standards.

* Ensure appointments begin on time and services are completed within established treatment schedules.

* Provide personalized, professional guest care while anticipating individual needs and preferences.

* Educate guests on hair, nail, and beauty care, offering product recommendations and promoting retail offerings.

* Maintain proper use, inventory control, and handling of professional products and supplies.

* Clean, sanitize, and maintain salon work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with state board regulations and resort standards.

* Promote spa, salon, wellness services, retail products, and resort programs to enhance the guest experience.

* Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming salon environment that reflects luxury service standards.

WHAT TO BRING 

* Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States legal work authorization in United States

* The hospitality business functions seven (7) days a week, twenty-four (24) hours a day and scheduled days and times may vary based on need. Holidays and weekends availability is required.

* Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card

* Hawaii State Cosmetology License required (CPR Certification as required for licensing)

* Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and push/pull as needed during shifts

* At least two years of experience working as a hairstylist and nail technician in the hospitality industry or in a high-end salon environment.
