Role Description This full-time, on-site Cosmetologist role is based at Tailored Trims Barbershop in Kansas City, MO. The Cosmetologist will perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, while consulting with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles or treatments. Daily responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe workstation, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards, and ensuring tools and products are properly cared for and stocked. The role also involves building client relationships, managing appointments, processing payments, and supporting a positive, collaborative shop environment. The Cosmetologist will stay current with trends, techniques, and product knowledge to consistently deliver high-quality services.

Qualifications
