Responsibilities

Perform a variety of cosmetology services including hair cutting, styling, coloring, and treatments tailored to each client's preferences and needs.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client desires, offering professional advice, and ensuring a positive salon experience.
Maintain a clean and organized work station in compliance with health and safety regulations.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and product knowledge to deliver innovative and up-to-date services.
Ensure all services meet high standards of quality and safety as per salon policies.
Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and professional salon environment.

Experience

Certification as a Cosmetologist is required.
Experience levels are valued as follows:

- Less than 2 years of experience (entry-level)

- 2 to 5 years of experience (mid-level)

- Over 5 years (seasoned professionals)

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
