Join Our Team – Contact Center Team Member
We're looking for a friendly, organized team member to join our Contact Center! This part-time position plays an important role in supporting our three salon locations and creating a positive experience for every guest.
Scheulde:
Must be available to work day shifts during the week and every other Saturday
What You'll Do:
Answer incoming calls and assist guests with scheduling and questions
Communicate professionally by phone, email, and text
Schedule appointments and help maximize our appointment books
Deliver a friendly, professional experience with every guest interaction
What We're Looking For:
Positive, professional attitude
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new technology
Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
