Full Time/Part Time: Part Time to Full Time Reports To: Leasing/Operations Manager Compensation: $24-$27/hour DOE + health insurance (full-time) + mileage reimbursement Job Summary The Leasing and Community Coordinator plays a central role in driving and maintaining occupancy across assigned Sola Salons locations through professional, relationship-driven leasing support and consistent community engagement. This role supports multi-location leasing activity with independent ownership of day-to-day leasing tasks, while working in close coordination with the Leasing & Operations Manager. Success in this role is measured not only by leasing and community building activity, but also by the strength of follow-through, communication, and support provided to both the internal team and our community of independent beauty professionals. Roles and Responsibilities Leasing & Occupancy Management Schedule and conduct tours with prospective beauty professionals across multiple salon locationsPromptly respond to new lead inquiries and actively manage the leasing pipeline in HubSpotDraft and send new leases and renewal documents accurately and in a timely mannerMaintain occupancy awareness across assigned locations, escalating vacancies or risks to the Leasing & Operations ManagerFollow up on leads within 24 hours and ensure clear documentation of all leasing activitySupport consistent communication and follow-up through SalesMessage (SMS) for both prospective tenants and existing renters, maintaining a high standard of responsiveness Administrative & CRM Management Maintain and update client records and communications within HubSpot CRMPrepare and send lease renewal notices; track follow-up and signaturesEnsure leasing documentation is logged and organized consistently in internal systemsSupport internal reporting by logging weekly activity summaries and leasing performanceCommunicate with vendors or maintenance team as directed to coordinate resolution of facility issues impacting leasingHelp maintain organized records, notes, and updates to support efficient team communication and decision-makingSupport operational consistency by helping ensure processes, communication, and follow-through are aligned across Bakersfield, Lancaster, and Los Angeles locationsCoordinate with maintenance team and operations to ensure vacant studios are tour-ready and presented at a high standardAssist in tracking studio availability, readiness status, and any items that may impact leasing timelines Community Engagement & Tenant Support Build positive relationships with current renters through periodic on-site check-ins and responsive communicationServe as a welcoming presence and key contact during move-in and orientation processDocument notes from interactions with tenants in HubSpot to support retention and team visibilitySupport light community marketing and event promotion as directedUphold and represent Sola Salons’ values and professionalism during all interactionsEnsure the facilities are in good condition and maintainedProactively check in with tenants to identify needs, concerns, or opportunities for support, escalating as appropriateSupport a consistent and positive move-in experience by coordinating key touchpoints, expectations, and follow-up after initial occupancyAssist in communicating property updates, maintenance notices, or operational reminders in a clear and timely manner Qualifications 3+ years of experience in leasing, property coordination, hospitality, or customer experience rolesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, approachable demeanorDemonstrated ability to manage leasing or sales pipelines in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred)
