Commissioned Hairstylist

Jaazz Salon is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our team in the heart of downtown Spokane!

This position is for established stylists only. We are seeking a licensed hairstylist with at least 2 years of behind-the-chair experience and an existing book of business that you will bring with you.

This is not an entry-level position and is not intended for stylists who are:

Recently graduated from cosmetology school
Currently building their clientele from scratch
Relocating to Spokane without an established client base in the area

Our ideal candidate is already serving a loyal clientele and is looking for a professional salon home where they can continue growing their business, expand their earning potential, and be part of a supportive, creative team.

What You'll Do

Provide exceptional haircutting, coloring, styling, and treatment services
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct thorough consultations and recommend appropriate services and products
Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all state sanitation requirements
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education

Qualifications

Current Washington State Cosmetology License
Minimum 2 years of professional behind-the-chair experience
An active, established client base that you will bring with you
Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling
Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
