Jaazz Salon is growing, and we're looking for an experienced hairstylist to join our team in the heart of downtown Spokane! This is not an entry-level position and is not intended for stylists who are: 50% commission on services 15% commission on retail sales $1,000 sign-on bonus Prime downtown Spokane location Dedicated front desk support to help create a seamless guest experience Social media promotion through Jaazz Salon's established platforms Salon-supported text message and email marketing campaigns Ongoing exposure through salon events, promotions, and community partnerships A collaborative team that actively supports and refers clients within the salon Continuing education and professional development opportunities An established salon brand with a strong reputation in the Spokane community What You'll Do Current Washington State Cosmetology License Minimum 2 years of professional behind-the-chair experience An active, established client base that you will bring with you Strong technical skills in cutting, coloring, and styling Professional, reliable, and team-oriented Excellent customer service and communication skills Passion for delivering an exceptional guest experience
