Fluff Colour Salon is hiring exceptional colourists to join our Denver team. We are a luxury, color-focused salon in LoDo specializing in balayage, dimensional colour, color correction, and seamless extensions for clients who value craft, education, and a culture of mutual respect.

Compensation: Commission plus tips. Effective hourly earnings exceed Denver minimum wage. The figures shown reflect the legal minimum wage floor; commission and tips are paid on top, and your actual take-home is driven by service performance and client retention.

What you will do: Deliver consultations, custom colour formulations, balayage, highlights, single process, gloss, and corrective work. Build and maintain a loyal client book through artistry and care.

Requirements: Active Colorado Cosmetology License (or in process), 2+ years salon experience preferred (open to talented Talent-track applicants), passion for colour education and ongoing learning, professional client communication, and reliability.
