The Color Stylist is responsible for developing and executing color, finish, and material strategies that align with brand identity, market trends, and customer expectations. This role partners closely with design, product development, upholstery, wood finishing, and merchandising teams to ensure cohesive and commercially successful furniture collections. Color, Finish & Materials Development Work closely with Product Development, Engineering, Finishing, and Sourcing teams to ensure feasibility, repeatability, and quality standards. (Required) Strong understanding of wood finishes, upholstery fabrics, leathers, paints, and specialty materials.
