Job Duties and Responsibilities of Color Specialist:

Deliver an assortment of hair and beauty services, encompassing haircuts, styling, coloring, treatments, extensions, makeup application, and ear piercing.Attain or surpass service and sales targets through exceptional guest service and tailored product recommendations.Contribute to the salon's growth by engaging in promotional and marketing initiatives that reflect a keen awareness of business objectives.Enrich your customer interactions by staying informed about industry developments to improve guest consultations.Forge strong connections with guests through customized consultations and expert guidance.Combine expertise with other beauty professionals to provide guests with a complete and cohesive service package.Adhere to safety, sanitation, and company policies in alignment with state board regulations.Maintain the neatness and organization of the salon and allocated spaces.Employ online booking platforms to encourage customers to attend in-store events more frequently.Qualifications and Experience of Color Specialist:

A cosmetology license in good standing is required for this position.Previous experience in a salon setting is a plus.Proficiency in haircutting skills, hair coloring techniques, styling methods, treatment procedures, makeup applications, and associated services.Proficient in working with professional equipment, tools, and product components.Proficiency in establishing lasting guest rapport through strong communication abilities.Ability to work alone and in conjunction with teammates in a collaborative environment.Willing to adjust to fluctuating schedules that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.Benefits of Color Specialist:
