As a Color & Curl Specialist, you will be a key player in our beauty industry team, showcasing our expertise in hair color and curl solutions while nurturing talent development across technical, social media, business, and selling skills. Your expertise in Color & Curl/Texture will guide your daily responsibilities: Assess customer color and care needs, providing professional advice to ensure they have the right knowledge and products for their clients.Collaborate with team members and communicate updates regarding sales progress, customer interactions, and follow-up actions.Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.Uphold high standards in color and curl merchandising, ensuring displays are inviting and adhere to brand guidelines.Stay current with industry trends and respond promptly to market shifts while adapting your sales strategies accordingly.Execute store opening and closing procedures correctly, including handling cash transactions as needed.Exhibit our company culture and adhere to our ethics and behavior code.Enjoy a creative and passionate team environment.Benefit from generous product discounts and free samples.Engage in extensive product education through guided learning and certification courses, with opportunities for career growth.Eligibility for medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, sick, and holiday time may apply based on hours worked.Required Experience and Skills Minimum one year of retail or sales-focused experience.Licensed cosmetologist preferred (US and Canada).Reliable transportation to service designated locations effectively.Willingness to travel for shows and sales meetings at least three times a year.Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and act on sales reports.Preferred knowledge of retail sales, inventory control, and visual merchandising.Familiarity with POS applications is essential.Proficient with computers, tablets, mobile devices, and social media platforms.Commitment to scheduled hours with flexibility to adapt to business needs.Occasional work in other stores or field as required.Strong organization and multitasking abilities.Ability to present a professional image and maintain positive public interactions.Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage effectively with all organizational levels.Must pass the Color Certification Test within 60 days of hire to maintain position.Working Conditions / Physical Demands If you're enthusiastic about this opportunity and passionate about beauty trends, we would love to hear from you.
