Responsibilities:Perform a full range of hair color services including highlights, balayage, color corrections, and glossing treatmentsConsult with clients to understand their color goals and recommend personalized servicesMaintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked color bar stationBuild and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-upStay current on the latest color trends, techniques, and product knowledgeCollaborate with blowout stylists to deliver a seamless, full-service client experienceUphold salon standards for sanitation, safety, and professionalismRequirements:Valid California Cosmetology License requiredProven experience in hair coloring, highlights, and color correction techniquesStrong knowledge of color theory and professional color product linesExcellent communication and client consultation skillsAbility to thrive in a high-energy, team-oriented salon environmentReliable, punctual, and professional with a passion for the beauty industryPortfolio of color work preferredAbout Us:Blowology Dry Bar is San Francisco's go-to destination for flawless blowouts and stunning hair color, delivering premium beauty services in a welcoming and stylish atmosphere. Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour

Although we are primarily known for our Signature Blowout, we also offer makeup services, hair color, and treatments – all with a complimentary glass of champagne or mimosa! Enjoy our mixture of music from salsa, soft rock, and French café.
