Junior Stylist (Color Focus)
This role is for someone early in their career who wants to grow fast in a real salon environment.
This is not a walk-in-and-take-clients role. You’ll start by assisting, training, and building your skills daily with a clear path to getting behind the chair.
We’re selective about who joins our team.

What You’ll Do
- Assist with color services (mixing, application, support)
- Keep the salon running smoothly (cleaning, prep, light laundry)
- Support front desk when needed
- Practice on mannequins and models
- Train weekly with experienced stylists

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in-salon experience required
- This should not be your first salon job
- Comfortable with basic color (root touch-ups, all-over color)
- Best suited for stylists with 1–3 years of experience
- Must be coachable and team-oriented
- Must have your own car
- Must be open to team activities outside of work every 4–6 weeks
