This Role

This role is designed for someone willing to invest one year in becoming exceptional.

As a Color Apprentice, you will work full-time alongside senior colorists while participating in our structured 52-week training program. Apprentices receive weekly education classes every week from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., along with daily hands-on experience assisting behind the chair.

You will learn our signature techniques, guest experience standards, consultation methods, color formulation, salon operations, and luxury service philosophy.

The apprenticeship is rigorous, fast-paced, and highly rewarding for the right person.

Responsibilities

Assist senior colorists throughout the day with their clients and services
Prepare color formulas and maintain color bar organization
Shampoo guests and perform salon support services
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the salon
Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism
Support stylists in delivering an exceptional guest experience
Observe and learn from experienced professionals daily
Attend mandatory weekly education classes and training sessions
Participate in hands-on model work throughout the apprenticeship program
Follow systems, processes, and direction from leadership and educators
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, drama-free culture

Qualifications / Requirements

MUST BE A LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST

Passion for the beauty industry and a strong desire to excel
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Professional appearance and presentation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Coachable and eager to learn
Stylish, outgoing, kind, and career-oriented
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to Dallas

Education, Growth & Advancement

The apprenticeship includes weekly education, hands-on model work, and ongoing mentorship from senior artists and our Director of Training.

Our objective is to develop talented apprentices into successful service providers. Upon successful completion of the program, apprentices may be considered for promotion to a commission-based position within the salon.
