Responsibilities

Rent and maintain a designated chair space within the salon, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and inviting for clientsProvide a wide range of hair services including hair styling, coloring, extensions, straight razor shaves, and hair threadingOffer expert consultations on color theory and hair care to help clients achieve their desired lookManage client appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platformsDeliver outstanding customer service by communicating clearly, listening attentively, and creating a welcoming atmosphereUpsell retail products related to hair care, skincare, makeup application, eyelash extensions, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenueMaintain strict sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and salon policiesMentor junior team members and front desk staff when needed to foster teamwork and professional growthExperience

Proven experience in hair styling, barbering, or cosmetology with a strong portfolio of work demonstrating technical skills in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail careKnowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for scheduling and client managementFamiliarity with retail sales techniques including retail math and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunitiesStrong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and team members effectivelyExperience working with color theory principles and using tools like straight razors for grooming servicesPrior store management or leadership experience is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude towards mentoring others is highly valuedCommitment to sanitation standards and ongoing professional development in areas like hair threading and advanced styling techniquesJoin us in creating an energetic atmosphere where your talents shine!
