Responsibilities

Provide high-quality hair styling, coloring, braiding, barbering, and related beauty services tailored to each client's preferencesManage your appointment schedule efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platformsMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools and workstations in compliance with health regulationsOffer personalized consultations to clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable treatments or stylesUpsell retail products like hair extensions, styling tools, or hair care products to enhance client satisfaction and increase salesKeep accurate records of client preferences and service history for repeat business and personalized experiencesFoster excellent customer service by communicating clearly, building rapport, and ensuring clients leave satisfied and eager to returnRequirements

Valid cosmetology or barbering license as per state or local regulationsProven experience working in the beauty industry with skills in hair styling, coloring, threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care preferredProficiency with salon management software such as MINDBODY or similar systems for scheduling and client managementKnowledge of sanitation protocols and store management practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffStrong communication skills with the ability to mentor junior team members when neededFamiliarity with retail sales techniques including upselling and retail math to maximize revenue opportunitiesAbility to perform specialized services such as hair extensions, color theory applications, straight razor shaves, and hair threading confidentlyExcellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude that promotes client retention and positive reviewsJoin us in creating beautiful transformations while enjoying the independence of your own chair rental!
