Rootsei Natural Hair Salon & Spa is seeking a skilled, passionate, and professional Natural Hair Stylist to join our growing luxury beauty and wellness team.

We are looking for a stylist who understands that beautiful hair begins with healthy hair and takes pride in delivering quality services while building lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate is knowledgeable, dependable, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about natural hair care.

Qualifications & Skills:

Valid Georgia cosmetology license or other applicable professional license.Strong knowledge of natural hair textures, curl patterns, and scalp care.Experience with natural hair styling, including two-strand twists, flat twists, cornrows, rod sets, bantu knots, and protective styling.Proficiency in shampooing, conditioning, detangling, blow-drying, and healthy hair maintenance.Understanding of proper product selection, hair hydration, and techniques that minimize breakage and unnecessary tension.Excellent customer service, communication, and time-management skills.Commitment to sanitation, professionalism, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.Willingness to learn, grow, and collaborate with other beauty and wellness professionals.Additional expertise in braiding, loc maintenance, silk presses, or hair color is a plus.

Your Responsibilities

Provide exceptional natural hair services with an emphasis on maintaining and improving hair health.Educate clients on proper at-home hair maintenance and healthy hair practices.Deliver a relaxing, personalized, and professional salon experience.Maintain consistency in service quality, appointment timing, and client satisfaction.Follow salon standards, sanitation procedures, and service protocols.Work collaboratively with our team to uphold Rootsei's reputation for excellence.Why Join Rootsei?
