We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for guests, assisting with

appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is an on-site position.

Schedule Requirements:

20-25 hours per weekShifts needed : 2pm-7pm weekdays (3-4 weekdays required) Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability from 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficientlySchedule, modify, and confirm appointmentsRespond to customer emails and other communicationsInvestigate and resolve guest concerns and feedbackProvide information regarding services, products, and promotionsMaintain accurate records and appointment informationDeliver exceptional customer service with every interactionUtilize multiple systems and software platforms while managing guest needs

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on guest experience and satisfactionProfessional telephone and email etiquetteExcellent problem-solving abilitiesStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable learning and using new software programs
