We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our team. Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments Respond to customer emails and other communications Investigate and resolve guest concerns and feedback Provide information regarding services, products, and promotions Maintain accurate records and appointment information Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction Utilize multiple systems and software platforms while managing guest needs
