We are seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Call Center Representative / Guest Services Associate to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a primary point of contact for guests, assisting with appointment scheduling, answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence. This is an on-site position.



Schedule Requirements:


30-40 hours per week
Shifts needed : OPEN AVALIBILITY - will work a variety of shifts
Up to 3 Saturdays per month with availability from 7:30 AM and 3:00 PM


THE CALL CENTER HOURS ARE :


Mon - Fri 8am - 7 pm


Sat - 8am - 3pm



Key Responsibilities


Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally and efficiently
Schedule, modify, and confirm appointments
Respond to customer emails and other communications
Investigate and resolve guest concerns and feedback
Provide information regarding services, products, and promotions
Maintain accurate records and appointment information
Deliver exceptional customer service with every interaction
Utilize multiple systems and software platforms while managing guest needs



Qualifications


Strong customer service and communication skills with a focus on guest experience and satisfaction
Professional telephone and email etiquette
Excellent problem-solving abilities
Strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using new software programs
