Nat Rose Braid Bar is looking for a talented, reliable, and professional Braider/Natural Hair Stylist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is dependable, respectful, team-oriented, clean, and motivated to grow with a modern beauty brand. Perform a variety of braid and protective styles including knotless braids, boho braids, feed-ins, stitch braids, twists, loc styling, and kids styles Maintain clean, neat, and professional work at all times Provide excellent customer service and create a positive client experience Educate clients on healthy hair and scalp care Arrive on time and maintain a professional appearance Keep workstation sanitized and organized between clients Assist with product recommendations and retail sales when appropriate Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, timing, and expectations Work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a positive salon environment We are looking for someone who: Takes pride in their work Understands the importance of professionalism and customer experience Loves working with women, men, kids, and families Wants to grow long-term with a beauty business Is active on social media or willing to promote their work online Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
