You will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through various hair styling services, including braiding, hair extensions, and more. Your creativity and expertise will help us maintain a welcoming and professional salon environment. Responsibilities Perform various braiding techniques to meet client preferences and styles.Apply hair extensions with precision and care.Maintain sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations.Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients to understand their needs.Assist with front desk operations, including greeting clients and managing retail sales.Mentor junior staff in braiding techniques and salon best practices.Stay updated on color theory and trends in hair styling to offer informed recommendations to clients.Engage in upselling of products and services to enhance the client experience.Requirements Proven experience in hair styling, particularly in braiding and hair extensions.Knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and cosmetology principles.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.Experience in retail sales and an understanding of retail math is preferred.Skills in barbering, hair threading, eyelash extensions, nail care, and makeup application are advantageous.Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.A valid cosmetology license or natural hair license is required for this positionJoin us as we create beautiful transformations for our clients while fostering a supportive environment for our team!
