Salon 695 is looking for an outgoing, style-minded retail professional to help grow our boutique while supporting our salon front desk.

Retail experience is our priority. Salon experience is preferred but not required—we can teach you the salon side.

Our boutique features fashion, jewelry, accessories, gifts, hair care, skin care, bath & body, and lifestyle products.

What You'll Do

Connect with guests and recommend products
Drive retail sales through personalized service
Merchandise displays and new arrivals
Restock and assist with inventory
Welcome and check guests in and out
Schedule appointments and answer calls and messages
Keep the boutique and front desk polished and organized

We're Looking For

Someone with strong retail experience, ideally in fashion, beauty, boutique, cosmetics, or specialty retail, who is:

Warm, outgoing, polished, and dependable
Confident recommending and selling products
Style-minded with an eye for merchandising
Organized and comfortable multitasking
Proactive and excited to help grow a business

Schedule

Wednesday–Saturday | Consistent 4-day schedule

$23–$25/hour, based on experience + employee merchandise discount

This is not a traditional receptionist role. It's ideal for someone who loves retail, beauty, products, and people and wants to take ownership of a growing boutique.
