Duties
Provide high-quality hair styling, coloring, extensions, and hair care services tailored to each client’s needsPerform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail art with meticulous sanitation practicesOffer expert consultations on haircuts, hair color theory, and hair treatments to ensure client satisfactionMaintain a clean and sanitized workstation in compliance with health regulations and salon standardsBuild strong client relationships through excellent customer service, communication skills, and personalized service recommendationsUpsell retail products such as hair care items, styling tools, and nail products to enhance client results and salon revenueUtilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records management, and retail sales trackingQualifications
Valid cosmetology or barbering license (as applicable) with experience working in the beauty industryProficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, straight razor work, and hair extensionsSkilled in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and nail art; experience with eyelash extensions is a plusKnowledge of sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staffStrong communication skills for effective client consultation and service recommendationsExperience using salon management software like MINDBODY or similar platformsAbility to perform retail math for upselling opportunities effectivelyPassion for continuous learning in areas like color theory, makeup application, hair threading, and advanced styling techniquesJoin us as a Booth Renter Hairstylist or Nail Tech where your talent meets opportunity!
