Duties
Provide a variety of hair services including cuts, coloring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs.
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on hair care.
Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and promote salon offerings.
Skills
Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs
Ability to maintain a clean workspace by following proper sanitation protocols.
Skills in barbering techniques for male grooming services are advantageous.
Competence in upselling products and services to maximize customer satisfaction.
