About Eden Hair Co.

Eden Hair Co. is an upscale, professional salon in Virginia Beach offering a premium experience for both stylists and clients. We maintain a sophisticated, spa-like atmosphere and are looking for talented, professional cosmetologists to join our team as independent booth renters.

What We Offer

Your Private Workspace Includes:

One premium styling station with chair
Dedicated storage space in back room
Shared access to all shampoo bowls
Personal key with 24/7 access (security cameras on-site)

Amenities Included in Weekly Rent:

ALL backbar professional products for client services
Full laundry service (towels, capes, etc.)
Multiple washers and dryers on-site
Complimentary client coffee/beverage bar
WiFi access
On-site parking
Marketing support through salon social media
Monthly one-on-one business meetings with salon owner

Salon Hours:

Tuesday - Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Every other Saturday: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Sunday & Monday: Closed
Set your own schedule within or outside these hours

Rental Details

Weekly Rent: (due every Monday)

Security Deposit: 2 weeks rent
Trial Period: 90-day trial period, then month-to-month
Payment Methods: Venmo, Zelle

Requirements

Must Have:

Valid Virginia cosmetology license (current and in good standing)
Professional liability insurance
Own color products, styling tools, and equipment
Professional demeanor and excellent client service skills
Ability to manage own scheduling, pricing, and client relationships
Responsible for own taxes and business licenses

Professional Standards:

Maintain clean, organized station daily
Uphold upscale, professional salon atmosphere
Respectful collaboration with other salon professionals
Strong communication skills

Your schedule and hours
Your service pricing
Your client bookings
Your marketing strategies
Your business growth

Optional salon scheduling system integration available
Optional shared assistant services available (gratuity required)

Connected to spa facility - quiet, calm atmosphere required
Front parking reserved for clients; staff parks in back
No station alterations/decorations without approval
Monthly business meetings with salon owner for support and collaboration
