We are seeking a dynamic and energetic BlowDry Specialist to elevate our salon team! In this role, you will deliver expert blow-drying and styling services that leave clients feeling fabulous and confident. Responsibilities

Provide professional blow-dry styling tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type, ensuring a polished and long-lasting finish
Assist clients with hair styling needs
Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, tools, and equipment in compliance with health regulations
Engage with guests through exceptional customer service, understanding their beauty goals and offering personalized recommendations
Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and educating clients on hair care products suited to their needs
Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow
Support salon team members with tasks like front desk duties, social media management, and maintaining a positive guest experience

Experience

Previous experience in hair styling or blow-drying services within a salon or spa setting is preferred
Strong communication skills to connect effectively with clients and team members
Experience with retail sales, upselling techniques, and product recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction
Familiarity with sanitation protocols, cosmetology practices, and advanced treatments such as eyelash extensions or dermal fillers is a plus
Background in hospitality or customer service roles that emphasize guest engagement and satisfaction
Ability to stay current on beauty trends including color theory, makeup application, and hair cutting techniques
