About the position
Join a high-volume blowout team serving more than 600 clients each week. This role offers opportunities to grow, build confidence and technical skills, and develop a loyal clientele in a fast-paced salon environment. Services focus on blowouts and styling; haircuts and color are not part of the role. Paid training covers the salon’s signature blowout techniques.\n\nCompensation is \$17.75–\$30+/hour through hourly pay, commission, and tips, with stylists keeping 100% of their tips and uncapped earning potential. Top-performing stylists can earn \$30+/hour. The compensation range includes hourly pay, commission, and tips.\n\nThe salon offers medical and additional benefits eligibility, product and service discounts, sick time accrual, ongoing incentives, contests, and team rewards.
