This position is centered around supporting both the salon team & clients. The role is perfect for someone who pays special attention to the details and loves to meet new people. Qualifications: Previous customer service experience Extremely organized and detail-oriented Friendly personality, but also professional. Previous salon/spa experience is a plus. Available on Saturdays and 2 nights Proactive problem solver Willingness to learn Calm and efficient muti-tasker, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment This position is Full Time and includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: Answering the phone and responding to text messages. Scheduling appointments Some cleaning/ laundry Some record keeping Ensuring guest satisfaction from start to finish At Bella, the guest experience is our number one priority.
