Beauty Stylist

The Elite Stylist is responsible for engaging with guests, consulting with them on their hair care needs and recommending products and services. The Elite Stylist delivers quality professional services with an emphasis on the guests total look. They support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) and focus on performance (service sales, and productivity), people (guest service), and process (operating procedures and compliance standards). This position requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the aptitude to learn and communicate product knowledge.
