Experience: Prior salon experience is preferred. Proficient in a variety of salon techniques and able to adapt and learn new skills.Strong communication skills and ability to develop positive customer relationships.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.A commitment to maintain a professional appearance and adhere to salon standards.Work RequirementsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.Physical RequirementsCapability to perform frequent mobility and stand for extended periods during shifts.Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 10 lbs.
