General SummaryThe Stylist is responsible for helping guests with various hair services while supporting the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) in achieving performance goals, fostering exceptional guest service, and maintaining operational standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform a variety of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling, and treatments while ensuring customer satisfaction.Achieve sales goals by providing exceptional guest service and contributing to overall store performance in service sales and guest loyalty.Stay current on industry trends and product knowledge to enhance the guest experience.Execute in-store events and promotions that create an unforgettable experience for guests.Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.Guest Relationship ManagementFoster meaningful relationships with guests through consultations and tailored service recommendations.Deliver high standards of customer service and maintain salon image.Serve all guests promptly and efficiently, including walk-ins.Collaborate effectively with skin therapists and retail teams to provide a comprehensive guest experience.Actively promote the guest loyalty program and assist guests in utilizing the Ulta Beauty app.Participate in continuous training to enhance professional development.Operational ExcellenceAdhere to Ulta Beauty’s policies, procedures, and standards ensuring compliance with safety and sanitation protocols.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the salon and surrounding areas.Communicate supply needs to the EM to ensure readiness for guest services.Follow established service protocols to deliver consistency in guest experience.Practice loss prevention techniques to protect company assets.QualificationsEducation: A valid cosmetology license is required.

Experience: Prior salon experience is preferred.
