The Beauty Services Stylist is the heart of our guest experience, engaging with clients to understand their hair care needs and providing expert recommendations on products and services. Key Responsibilities
Perform a variety of hair services, including haircuts, coloring, styling, treatments, and more.Achieve weekly sales goals through exceptional guest service and engagement.Demonstrate business acumen by identifying growth opportunities and service enhancements.Conduct product demonstrations to enrich the guest experience and drive retail sales.Participate in store events and marketing initiatives to offer unrivaled guest experiences.Stay updated on industry trends, products, and techniques to better assist our guests.Maintain a punctual and regular attendance record.Guest Engagement
Build strong relationships with guests through consultations and personalized recommendations.Exceed customer service expectations by providing timely and friendly service.Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall guest experiences.Promote our loyalty program and engage guests with the Ulta Beauty app.Participate in training sessions to foster continuous personal and professional development.Compliance & Operational Standards
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Follow safety and sanitation guidelines diligently at all times.Ensure consistency in service delivery to provide an exceptional guest experience.Utilize booking systems effectively to schedule repeat services.Maintain operational cleanliness and organization throughout the salon.Uphold company assets through responsible practices and outstanding guest service.Qualifications
Education: Valid cosmetology license is required.Experience: Previous salon experience is preferred.Skills: Proficiency in modern hair techniques, strong communication abilities, and a passion for building and maintaining guest relationships.Position Requirements
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.Working Conditions
