Deliver outstanding guest service and contribute to meeting store goals for sales and guest loyalty.Assist mentor Stylist in achieving sales through:Product recommendationsShampooing and treatment processesBlowouts and guest stylingColor applicationsAssisting with foils and sanitation tasksPre-booking appointmentsRetail product recommendationsAfter the first three months, perform hair services such as cuts, color, styling, updos, and more.Guide guests through product demonstrations to enhance the beauty experience.Support store events and marketing initiatives, ensuring top-notch guest experiences.Stay informed on the latest beauty trends and products, deploying this knowledge to benefit guests.Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.People Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty’s policies and standards.Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.Maintain a clean and organized salon and sales area.Utilize booking systems effectively for guest appointments.Communicate supply needs to ensure readiness at all times.Attend mandatory training for continuous development.Adhere to Ulta Beauty's dress code and best practices for loss prevention.Perform additional operational tasks as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS
