Serving as a brand ambassador for JCPenney Beauty and Salon - driving product knowledge, highlighting artistic excellence, and building strong relationship within the company and professional beauty industry. Partner with GMPartners and advises with Sr Managers of Sales and Education in Salon and Beauty on service artistry. Supports Sr Sales and Education Managers on developing curriculum to support new product and service launches in Beauty + Salon.Participates in Train the Trainer sessions, sharing brand information, trends, and techniques. Role requires weekend shifts for events and masterclasses.Follows Beauty and Salon trends and makes recommendations on new educational opportunities to help position Beauty + Salon as a trend-right beauty destination. Keeps others well informed; conveys information clearly, concisely, and professionally when speaking or writing.Fosters a culture of collaboration, teamwork, cooperative work, and open communication that supports innovation, artistic exploration, and professional growth.
