We’re looking for friendly, beauty-loving Beauty Advisors who thrive on connection, product knowledge, and creating an amazing in-store experience. You’ll help guests find exactly what they need, keep the store looking its best, and play an important role in helping the team hit daily sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Create a warm, welcoming experience by greeting every guest with genuine energy and eye contactProvide personalized product recommendations based on each guest’s needs and goalsEducate customers on ingredients, benefits, and the latest beauty trendsPromote current promotions, events, and in-store servicesUpsell and suggest complementary products to enhance each purchaseSupport the team in achieving daily store sales goals and grow your individual average ticket through thoughtful add-on sellingAccurately process transactions, returns, and discounts at the registerAssist multiple guests confidently during high-volume and peak selling timesHelp maintain visual standards by restocking, merchandising, and organizing productsKeep the store clean and inviting, including the sales floor, salon, restrooms, and backroomStay aware of store activity and engage customers to support loss preventionComplete daily operational and task list items as directed by managementJump in wherever needed to support the team and overall store successWhat We’re Looking For

High school diploma preferred1+ year of retail or customer service experiencePassion for beauty, products, and helping others feel their bestStrong communication and relationship-building skillsConfidence recommending products and driving sales through serviceAbility to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentTeam player mindset with the ability to work independently when neededFlexible availability (10–20 hours/week, including weekends, opens & closes)Willingness to support other Salon Brands locations as neededPhysical Requirements

Ability to stand and move for 3–8 hours per shiftAbility to bend, reach, stoop, and kneel regularlyAbility to lift up to 50 lbsPay: From $13.50 per hour
