We are currently seeking skilled compassionate, and professional Pa. Licensed cosmetologists who are eager to grow their careers in a supportive, purpose driven environment. If you love building meaningful client relationships, delivering high - quality services and working in a calm, respectful setting this role is for you!

What You'll Do ( But not Limited):

- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive Salon & Spa experience.

- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences and lifestyle considerations.

- Provide a variety of cosmetology services while maintaining high standards of quality and care.

- Building lasting relationships with clients through twist, consistency and exceptional service.

- Uphold a polished appearance and represents Dynamite Braids Hair Salon & Spa brand with pride and professionalism.

- Educate clients on services, maintenance and product recommendations to enhance results

- Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed.

- Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies.

- Stay current with industry trends, techniques and best practices to continue growing your craft.

What We're Looking For:

- Active Pennsylvania Cosmetology license (required)

- Availability as of:

Sunday, Monday, Tuesday

shift (1) 6am - 2pm

shift (2) 2pm - 10pm

shift (3) 10pm to 6am

Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

shift (1) 6am - 2pm

shift (2) 2pm - 10pm

shift (3) 10pm - 6am

- Strong customer service and communication skills

- Compassion, patience and professionalism especially when working with clients.

- Ability to work independently while being a positive team member.

- Reliable, organized and detailed oriented.
