Qualifications Proficiency in hair styling, cutting, and coloring techniquesExperience with treatments such as deep conditioning, smoothing, and other specialized servicesAbility to consult effectively with clients to determine their hair care needsKnowledge of current beauty trends and techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for providing exceptional client serviceAbility to maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspaceState cosmetology or barber license in good standingPrevious experience in a salon or similar professional environment is a plusPassion for creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to continuous learning
