Your Position

Your focus in store management would be to maintain a fun, motivating and educational place for yourself and our team to grow and flourish. We are looking for a results driven leader to be responsible for overall store management; enhancing customer satisfaction, meeting sales and profitability goals and managing staff effectively. Other responsibilities can include:

Willingness to become a subject matter expert on our products – we’ll provide the training, we just ask you’re excited to learn and pass along your knowledge!Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to teamManage store cleanliness and merchandise your store in creative ways to keep inventory fresh to customersManage inventory accuracy and create / receive in product orders as neededOversee retail employee scheduling / assist in weekly payroll paperworkComplete / manage transactions for both retail and salon clients accurately, maintaining balanced cash drawers throughout each dayEnsuring yourself and our team speaks to every customer about our Gold Card Membership program!
