We’re looking for friendly, beauty-loving Beauty Advisors who thrive on connection, product knowledge, and creating an amazing in-store experience. You’ll help guests find exactly what they need, keep the store looking its best, and play an important role in helping the team hit daily sales goals.

What You’ll Do

Create a warm, welcoming experience by greeting every guest with genuine energy and eye contact
Provide personalized product recommendations based on each guest’s needs and goals
Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and the latest beauty trends
Promote current promotions, events, and in-store services
Upsell and suggest complementary products to enhance each purchase
Support the team in achieving daily store sales goals and grow your individual average ticket through thoughtful add-on selling
Accurately process transactions, returns, and discounts at the register
Assist multiple guests confidently during high-volume and peak selling times
Help maintain visual standards by restocking, merchandising, and organizing products
Keep the store clean and inviting, including the sales floor, salon, restrooms, and backroom
Stay aware of store activity and engage customers to support loss prevention
Complete daily operational and task list items as directed by management
Jump in wherever needed to support the team and overall store success

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma preferred
1+ year of retail or customer service experience
Passion for beauty, products, and helping others feel their best
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence recommending products and driving sales through service
Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Team player mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
Flexible availability (10–20 hours/week, including weekends, opens & closes)
Willingness to support other Salon Brands locations as needed

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and move for 3–8 hours per shift
Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and kneel regularly
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Pay: $15.00 per hour
