Create a warm, welcoming experience by greeting every guest with genuine energy and eye contact Provide personalized product recommendations based on each guest’s needs and goals Educate customers on ingredients, benefits, and the latest beauty trends Promote current promotions, events, and in-store services Upsell and suggest complementary products to enhance each purchase Support the team in achieving daily store sales goals and grow your individual average ticket through thoughtful add-on selling Accurately process transactions, returns, and discounts at the register Assist multiple guests confidently during high-volume and peak selling times Help maintain visual standards by restocking, merchandising, and organizing products Keep the store clean and inviting, including the sales floor, salon, restrooms, and backroom Stay aware of store activity and engage customers to support loss prevention Complete daily operational and task list items as directed by management Jump in wherever needed to support the team and overall store success What We’re Looking For
