The Part-Time Beautician work approximately 15 hours/week and provides services to residents in the Kindred Place Salon at times that are convenient for our residents. Duties include:
* Provide haircuts, shampoos, and styling; hair coloring; perms; beard trimming; and other cosmetology services.
* Scheduling appointments and communicating with residents;
* Submitting charge slips for services provided;
* Placing equipment/supply orders, as needed;
* Maintaining a clean, safe environment;
* Sanitizing equipment; and,
* Building meaningful relationships and providing social interactions.
Requirements:
* Current PA Cosmetology License
* Ability to deal tactfully with residents, families, visitors, and co-workers; and,
* The willingness to work harmoniously with others.
