Harris Hill Nursing Facility is looking to add a Beautician to its team. In this role, you’ll provide hair care and salon services that help residents look and feel their best while creating a positive and enjoyable experience. RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide hair care services including shampooing, styling, cutting, permanents, color rinses, and tints based on resident preferencesMaintain daily service records and submit required documentation to the business officeEnsure the beauty shop remains clean, organized, attractive, and compliant with safety standardsProperly clean, disinfect, and maintain salon equipment and suppliesSafely store chemicals and beauty supplies in designated secured areasAssist with transporting residents to and from the beauty shop as neededCommunicate with residents and families regarding beauty shop servicesCollaborate with staff to support resident satisfaction and overall well-beingPerform additional duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:

Minimum education requirement: High School DiplomaValid NYS Cosmetology License required6 months of hairdressing experience preferredStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environmentAbility to work effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teamsCommitment to resident dignity, confidentiality, and quality serviceBENEFITS:
