Job Summary We are seeking a licensed or registered apprentice who is a talented and passionate Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic and growing team. This role involves not only performing haircuts, styling but also engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, ensuring they leave feeling satisfied and confident . Responsibilities Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.Proficient in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing and providing hot towel shaves with straight razor.Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.Ability to upsell services and products effectively while maintaining a positive client experience.Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients on and off the phone as well as team members.Experience in retail sales is a plus, helping to promote salon products effectively.Front desk experience is beneficial for managing appointments, accomodating walk-ins and client interactions efficiently. Pay: $17.20-$39.59 per hour
