Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and energetic Barber/Stylist to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing professional barbering services to clients, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and promoting your personal brand within our established space. The ideal candidate is a team player with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and building their own clientele under a supportive business structure.

Duties

Perform barbering services including haircuts, shaves, and grooming treatments with professionalism and attention to detail. Maintain cleanliness of the work area and shared laundry responsibilities to ensure a hygienic environment for clients. Manage your own point of sale transactions efficiently. Market yourself actively to grow your personal clientele while leveraging the existing client base provided by the salon. Operate under the individual business entity within the state spot LLC umbrella, allowing for personal branding and business growth. Bring your own equipment necessary for barbering services. Uphold high standards of professionalism, energy, and teamwork to contribute positively to the salon environment.

Experience

Proven experience in barbering or styling is preferred. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to marketing oneself are highly valued. A valid license or certification in barbering or styling as required by local regulations is necessary.
