Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and customer-focused Barbers and Stylists to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional grooming and styling services, maintain a clean and professional workspace, and ensure each client leaves looking and feeling their best.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform haircuts, trims, shaves, and styling services according to client requests.Offer consultations and recommend haircare or styling solutions.Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, stations, and the salon/barbershop.Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products.Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.Manage appointments and ensure a positive client experience.
Qualifications:
Valid state barber or cosmetology license.Proven experience as a barber or stylist.Strong knowledge of hair types, cutting techniques, and grooming products.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods.Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise work.
