Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for Barbers and Nail Technicians based in Chicago, IL. Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care techniquesExperience and expertise in Barbering and general grooming practicesCosmetology skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools and productsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approachState-required licensing for barbers and/or cosmetologistsAttention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality servicesFamiliarity with health and safety guidelines and cleanliness protocolsAbility to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Must be customer service oriented.
