Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Barbers and Nail Technicians based in Chicago, IL. The position involves delivering high-quality grooming services, including haircuts, hair styling, hair care, barbering treatments, and nail services tailored to client preferences. Responsibilities include consulting with clients, providing personalized recommendations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Team collaboration and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience are integral to this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair Cutting, and Hair Care techniquesExperience and expertise in Barbering and general grooming practicesCosmetology skills and knowledge of industry-standard tools and productsStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approachState-required licensing for barbers and/or cosmetologistsAttention to detail and a passion for providing high-quality servicesFamiliarity with health and safety guidelines and cleanliness protocolsAbility to work well in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.Must be customer service oriented.
