Proven experience as a barber or cosmetologist with a strong portfolio of diverse styling techniques Knowledge of salon software systems such as MINDBODY for appointment scheduling and client management Skilled in hair coloring techniques grounded in color theory principles Hands-on experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, nail care, and hair threading preferred Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and understand their beauty goals Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction Demonstrated store management capabilities or leadership experience is a plus Bring your expertise in hairstyling, customer engagement, and retail sales to help our clients look great and feel confident every day!
